HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

All packages are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, which aims to deliver your parcel the next working day after dispatch. Our UK charge for postage and packaging is £3.20.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

As all of our jewellery is hand made to order from our boutique shop and workshop in Melton Mowbray, please allow up to 10 days for dispatch. However, if you require something in a hurry, please get in touch and we will let you know if it’s possible. We will send you and email to let you know when your item has been sent.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Personalised items unfortunately cannot be changed or cancelled. For other items, please get in touch and we will do all we can to help with your request.

 

I'M NOT SURE OF MY RING SIZE, CAN YOU HELP?

If you can, it is always best to get measured at a jewellers – most shops will do this for you for free. If you can’t get to a jewellers, follow this link to our ring size guide download, please save the guide, follow the instructions carefully and ensure you print at 100% size for it to work.

 

I LIKE A PIECE IN YOUR SHOP, BUT CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT GEMSTONE/ CHAIN LENGTH / SIZE ETC. TO WHAT IS OFFERED?

As we handmake each piece to order, it's possible to customise the jewellery to how you would like it. Get in touch to let us know what you are after.

 

DO YOU DO BESPOKE JEWELLERY?

Yes. If you have an idea for a bespoke piece, contact us with your idea/s and I will be in touch.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ITEM?

We want you to be really happy with your order. If you do have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best resolve it.

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund, minus postage costs, within 14 days of receipt, as long as we receive the jewellery in a new, unworn condition. Please include your original receipt in your parcel.

In interests of hygiene and for your protection we can not accept returns of, or refunds on earrings unless they are faulty.

Any custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

To keep your jewellery in it’s best condition, we recommend not wearing it whilst cleaning, showering, bathing or swimming as this can cause it to tarnish. Clean your jewellery regularly with a microfibre polishing cloth to keep it shiny.
