Our relaxed, hands-on classes are designed for just two people at a time; so bring a friend or loved one and try your hand at some traditional silversmithing techniques.
Lucy or Roslin will guide you through each step as you make your own sterling silver jewellery to take away with you.
Everything you need is included, plus tea, coffee, juice and biscuits!
We offer a choice of three silversmithing classes, each lasting around 4-5 hours:
Ring making - £150 for two people (£75pp)
During this workshop, you’ll each work with texturing hammers and stamps then make a simple ring. We have lots of widths, thicknesses and profiles of silver to select from and you can choose how to finish your ring too - from matt to mirror shine! If you’d like to make stacking rings, there’s just a charge of £5 extra per ring.
Stacking bangles (2 each) - £220 for two people (£110pp)
You will finish this class with two spectacular sterling silver bangles each. As with the ring-making workshop, there’s a choice of widths and profiles of silver to use and you can texture and finish your bangles as you would like, based on the techniques we teach in the class.
Halo necklace - £150 for two people (£75pp)
This class is based on each making one of our ever popular ‘Halo Necklaces’. Your pendants can be personalised with text, textured with hammers or simply left plain. You can then choose from either a 16”, 18” or 20” chain to complete your handmade necklace.
