orders

To open a wholesale account, please complete the form found by clicking here. Once approved, we will provide you with the password for access to the trade area of the website.

Orders can be placed via the trade page of our website, accessed here, or by scrolling down to ‘Trade Customer Login’ in the footer. Orders can also be placed via email to lucy@lucyflintjewellery.co.uk.

The minimum order is 12 pieces. ‘Top-up’ orders of less than 12 pieces are available in between placing main stock orders. If the minimum order amount is not placed at least once every six months, ‘top-up’ orders may be refused.

Branded packaging is included free of charge.

As each piece of jewellery is handmade, lead times can be up to 4-6 weeks. If you would like items sooner, please let us know and we try our best to accommodate your needs.

payment

All wholesale accounts are set up on a proforma basis with payment due pre-delivery.

For orders placed via email, a link to an invoice will be sent and we will notify you when your order is ready for dispatch. Payment can be made by BACS using the details at the bottom of the invoice or by card using the green button at the top. Unfortunately, we cannot take card payments over the phone.

Please note VAT will not be charged on top of trade prices as we are not VAT registered.

delivery

UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured and delivers next working day after dispatch.

Our delivery charge is £10 for orders under £500 and free for orders over this value.

rrp & discounts

Due to existing agreements we have with sales platforms, standard retail prices for Lucy Flint Jewellery items must not be lower than listed on our own website (www.lucyflintjewellery.co.uk).

Please do not apply discounts to Lucy Flint Jewellery without prior written consent.

Wholesale and recommended retail prices may fluctuate due to market forces and we reserve the right to alter them periodically. 30-day notice will be given to stockists prior to any changes.

returns

It’s unusual for our jewellery to have faults due to the high quality of the craftsmanship, however, should any item be returned to you due to a production fault, within six months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item. Damage caused by the customer is not covered by this policy - in these cases, there will be a charge to repair the item.

EXTRA DETAILS

materials

All of the jewellery is made in solid sterling silver with gold-plated options having 22 carat yellow gold plate, at a thickness of 2 microns.

Items weighing over 7.78g are hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office.

sizing

Chain lengths on necklaces all measure 45cm (18”), except the Tiny Star and Tiny Heart necklaces which have 40cm chains (16”), and the Fir Cone necklace which measures 61cm (24”).

Bracelets measure 16cm long with 4cm extension chains.

Bangles come in two size options - small/medium with a 20cm circumference, or medium/large with a 21cm circumference.

Rings are available in UK sizes I to V.
